Wonderful Banana Cake with Chocolate

Best cake in the world! Love it too much! This has been the cake I make the most here at home, because there are always those bananas that are past their prime but can still be used, and guys, seriously, this cake is so cute! Not to mention the practicality of not even needing a mixer or blender!

Dough ingredients:

2 eggs
1/2 cup. oil (tea)
1 cup. sugar (tea)
1 mashed banana
1/2 col. vanilla essence (tea) (I said it wrong in the video)
60 ml of milk
1 cup (tea) flour
1 tbsp (tea of ​​chemical yeast

Roof:
2 chopped bananas
1/3 cup chopped cashew nuts
90g milk chocolate

Forma: 27x18cm

Mix all the dough ingredients, in the order shown in the recipe, leaving the flour and yeast last. Place in greased and floured pan. Spread the banana and chestnuts on top. Bake in a preheated oven at 180ºC for approximately 35 minutes (or more depending on the oven). Regarding chocolate, there are two ways to make it. If you want the pieces to be well defined. You remove the cake from the oven when there are about 5 minutes left to finish baking, add the chocolate and return to the oven.

If you want the chocolate to melt (in this case you can spread it with a spatula on top to form a layer of chocolate), you bake the cake completely, remove it from the oven, spread the chocolate and wait 5 minutes (outside the oven) then spread it. The heat from the cake will melt the chocolate.
