With this in mind, an international study of color trends from AkzoNobel, Colour Futures, launched the collection with the theme “The Seeds of Transformation” in addition to the color of the year of the Coral.
The choice of paint brand was the Winter Silence. It is a terrous and clear greenish that conveys calmness, plenitude and the magic of transformations.
In addition, AkzoNobel has identified four new palettes that reflect different forms of how nature is present in our daily lives. As a result, there are 37 colors of natural shades for 2023 that garage different combinations.
The color of the year: Winter Silence
The color of the year of the Coral serves as inspiration and was created to incorporate long-term homes and industries in this area.
In this sense, Colour Futures colors help in the composition of textures and special effects. In this way, the professionals thought of the segments of electronic goods, aerospace, metal furniture, automotive, cabinet, lighting, construction products and decorative paints.

“We see a shift from more vibrant tones to a greater search for neutral and natural colors. This year, our colors carefully reflect the shades we find in nature: from the gray, present in mushrooms, to the browns, wood and floral roses.
All colors in our palettes are made to be used together. Thus, our 37-color palette offers people an easy way to create inspiring combinations that in addition to following the latest trends are also practical.”

The four Palettes for the Choir were strategically designed to create functional combinations. In addition, each one brings as a reference a tendency of behavior of modern life.
It is worth remembering that these trends were identified through studies of AkzoNobel. Therefore, they are divided into: Mental Health Focus, Collective Thinking, Bioinspiration and Life Cycles.

First, the palette Focus on Mental Health seeks to nourish the mind and soul.
Thus, the brown, green and lilasts of the forests, gardens and woods help to create 10 colors that relax, soothe and comfort in a welcoming way. In addition, the palette seeks to offer serenity and merge with natural materials such as wood and stone, without forgetting the domestic plants.
