Dear ones, thank you very much for your collaboration, for the tips and recipes you sent me! I loved everything! So I made a cupcake to celebrate good eating and it was good, you know?
The recipe below has been copied –> from here. It’s a microwave recipe but I baked it in the conventional oven. I also added a handful of walnuts, white and black raisins. Here’s the original recipe:
2 egg unit(s)
2 tablespoons of margarine
1 cup(s) of natural yogurt
1 cup(s) brown sugar
1/2 cup(s) of milk
1 cup(s) of wheat flour
1 cup(s) of wholemeal flour
1 cup(s) of rolled oats
1 tablespoon(s) of Chinese cinnamon powder
2 pieces of banana in slices
1 tablespoon(s) of chemical yeast powder
Mix eggs, margarine, yogurt and brown sugar in a bowl. Next, add the milk, flour and oats, mixing very well after each addition. Lastly, mix the cinnamon powder, banana slices and baking powder.

Note: I used unsalted butter instead of margarine and added another 1/2 cup of brown sugar because I thought it was missing. I baked it at 220º, I don’t know for how long, as I never mark it, but do the toothpick test. Insert a toothpick, if it comes out clean you can take the cake out of the oven.
On top I added a little honey and some more ground walnuts. Approved and highly recommended recipe!
