Me trying to escape the sweets and chocolates popping up here in my closet! How do my people do? Easter is the greatest of trials for serezumanosobesos on a diet! Oh sacrifice! But it was! It passed and I survived!
Husband thin Charitable ate all the eggs, but there was one white left, which he isn’t very fond of, which became this recipe. Silly thing:
I melted 1 cup of white Easter egg pieces in the microwave. Using a spoon, I dripped circles onto a baking tray lined with baking paper.
Next, with the chocolate still soft, I started “sticking together” some little things I had in the cupboard (crunchy peanuts, Brazil nuts and white raisins). I took it to the freezer to chill and that was it.
Goal: eat ONLY one per day.
* Oh, this isn’t a very “professional” way of dealing with chocolate, I didn’t temper the chocolate, I didn’t let it sweat, I didn’t do anything like that, so the tablets will stay in a jar stored in the fridge. I don’t recommend using this recipe for purposes other than eating and sticking your fingers together?
