Where to stay in NYC by neighborhoods

Meatpacking District

During the 20th century, 250 slaughterhouses operated in this region, hence the name Meatpacking – the place where meat was packaged. Currently, it is a cool neighborhood, full of bars and restaurants and one of the most valued regions of new York.
