Quick Broccoli Pasta

Restaurant Style Mexican Rice

Chicken and Dressing Casserole Video

Air Fryer Potatoes and Sausage Dinner Video

INGREDIENTS:
1 chicken, cooked and cubed
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 cup sour cream
2/3 stick of butter, melted
1 cup chicken stock (in my opinion it needs more than 1 cup because it was very dry)
8 oz package of herb stuffing mix
Season to taste

INSTRUCTIONS
Melt butter and combine with stuffing mix and broth. Place half of the mixture in a 9 inch square pan (I used a 13 x 9 pan) and save the other half for the top. Place chicken over stuffing. Mix soup and sour cream and pour over chicken. Top with remaining stuffing mixture. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes. I ended up serving mine with gravy because it was too dry.

I haven’t seen the Vermont White Cheddar in our stores but I’m still keeping my eye out for it. Your sheet pan dinner looked delicious! The broccoli pasta looked delicious also. 6. Hi, Andrea!
Can you believe I've never browned rice before adding the liquid? I need to give that a try
Those steam buns look good! I had some recently for the first time, and I liked them.
That dressing looks good! 9 inches would definitely have been too small of a pan.
Frozen bell peppers don't cook the same, I think. You can steam or boil them, but it's hard to get color on the sautéed pieces.
    Thanks for sharing!

  7. Hey Andrea! Dinners look delicious this week. I am looking forward to trying the broccoli pasta. Also, thanks for great instructions on how you do your rice! Have a great week friend!
