  1. Hey Andrea,
    I love your recipes,
It's so simply prepared yet looks delicious,
There are some unique tricks & ideas which you use throughout the cooking process are quite helpful,
So happy to be here Andrea,
    Warm Greetings 😊

  2. All of it looked good. I bought those scalloped potatoes too. I haven't made them yet. I am going to try that salisbury recipe. I made one the other day with French Onion soup and they were good but that golden mushroom soup looks really good!

  3. Good assortment of meats used thru the week. I do meatless Mondays and What the heck Wednesday's ( Made a meal out what's in the fridge) as a way to stretch the food budget 😁

  4. I make a version of Red rice for my dad where you put Rotel I use stewed tomatoes. My family loves it. Thanks for the weekly dinner inspiration.

  5. Great looking meals, Andrea. My mom made a version of the salisbury steak. She just does it all in the skillet and adds some milk to the soup. Good eats. Have a great week.

  6. Everything looks awesome Andrea! Tim loves a good salisbury steak or hamburgers steak, such a "guy" meal I think, haha! The red rice looks really good, I tend to make red beans and rice, but that is a nice switch from having the beans. YUM, my favorite – TJ Mandarin Orange chicken, yummy! I'm glad you got some brisket and bbq worked in, I know how much y'all love that. A mama needs a break from cooking!! Hope you, Howard and Harrison are well. Take care of each other and have a blessed day —Stacy 😍💚

  7. Yum bbq meats look delicious nice green beans and mac n cheese to, that's good beer battered fish,oh no no to scallops potatoes , well the rest looks great,I gotta find some rotel Aldi was out of the generic kind when we went, but I need to stay out of store awhile lol, the red rice looks good to me I love avocado ,

  8. This is the first I've heard of Golden Mushroom. I need to add that to my pantry. That BBQ looks so good! I may try the rice dish with turkey sausage. Thanks for sharing!

  9. Hi, Andrea!
    Wow, those meals look great.
I know the salisbury steak was good since anything with onion soup mix is good. Thanks for telling us about golden mushroom soup, too.
    The BBQ looked good!
The red rice with sausage looked like something called Gullah Red Rice from South Carolina. I think the traditional recipe has some other ingredients, but I have no doubt that your recipe would be good.
Sorry the scalloped potatoes were not good. If it smells odd, it usually tastes odd, from what I have experienced.
Well, you know I like sweet meat, haha, but I am sure I would still like the chicken
    Thanks for sharing!
