That salsa chicken sounds good! Definitely gonna have to try that! I love anything slow cooker especially in the summer! I don't like heating up the whole house…I can't believe Harrison is already 7 months old! I feel like he was just born like a couple weeks ago 😩 where does the time go?!

I’ve done salsa chicken before too, but without the sour cream in it and we used it for tacos or on salad. I’ve also made quest chicken, which is similar, but uses a can or rotel instead of salsa, taco seasoning, and of course queso cheese dip. Both ways were super yummy!
