  1. Truly appreciate you posting all these plant based meals for the kiddos. Can’t get enough of them. Knowing they are tried and tested. Plus all the additional info about adding healthy fats to their meals because it’s important.
    I was wondering what kinds of drinks you give your littles? Very little content is shared on YouTube from
    Vegan YouTubers about milks or just drinks in general. I know you post about smoothies and fresh juices. Curious to know if this is not shared because of so much misinformation out there. Or it could be a personal choice. I think it’s on my radar because I’m currently weaning. Also, it’s been said milk helps fill the gap in nutrients missed from picky eating. Curious to know your thoughts on the topic or if you could cover it in another video.

  3. Thank you for mentioning the dried mulberries for iron. I always tend to be borderline anemic so I am always on the hunt for non meat iron rich foods.

I saw your videos while doing research on raising vegan baby and vegan pregnancy and you gave me inspiration and strength 🤍 i really needed this because i have been vegan for 8 years and i am the only vegan in my family, so i think raising a vegan baby might be psychologically challenging for me, i will watch you more 🌼

  7. Yay for healthy vegan babies! Had I been vegan when raising kids, I would have raised them in this compassionate way 🌿💚 One of my 3 kids, my 2nd son went vegan at 21, and I followed shortly after. Wish I would've known it was an option, I had no idea.

  8. I've got friends who brought their children up be be strong,healthy adults on vegan veggie food with no issue…..plants are full of nutrients.😊

  9. My toddler was recently diagnosed with: anemia, gluten, egg, peanut and casein milk protein sensitivity. Also, he reacts to oats and suffer chronic constipation. Add to that gut inflammation. Avocados and wheat or any flour as well food rich in carbs do cause him constipation as well. A holistic nurse recently started to help us. We are still waiting for the stools test to be done. Meanwhile, IM SO LOST! Do you have a website, book or anything similar recommended for me ? I need to cut his milk intake but he does not eat. I’m overwhelmed

  10. Love! Where do you get the tortillas/what brand are they? I have been having the hardest time finding tortillas that are not toxic AF
