  1. Gorillas have to eat all day long to get enough nutrients. A lion eats a gazelle and is full for days. The good intentioned doctor misses the mark a bit. What did our Ancenstors thrive on 100K yrs ago? Obviously it worked humans are still here. Meats, organs & fish.

  5. he never really says what he eats, he want's us to buy his book. also he criticises the keto diet like he has a total new one but it's hard to se what non keto foods he actually recommends .

  6. What’s the point of not enjoying healthy food so you can live 5y longer maybe . You still have to die it’s pointless. You have to focus your energy and life toward understanding the e distance and your relation to creator this is the whole purpose of every human being. We are blessed humans to be able to lift ourself to higher spiritual levels while animals can’t do that. This is the diffence between humans and animals. Self realization is.
    No need to obsess over food but we do need to watch not to eat bad stuff

  10. 🤔I don’t think you actually said what you eat each day… you started to, and then said what I have my patients eat each day… what window do you eat in? 6 hours, 8 hours??? I have watched your videos and it seems so hard to figure out what I can serve myself and husband for a meal..
    I feel like also, I’d be really hungry

  11. IM ON A INTERMITTENT FASTING AND KETO DIET.ITS WORKING MY WEIGHT BALLOONED TO 254lbs at 6-3 collestroal 240 I've lost weight and continue to lose.just started 2 months ago.Thanks doc

  12. Hi Dr I have so many spider veins so upsetting how can I get rid of them with possibly a lotion cream etc. i dint want sclertherapy as I’ve had that done and didn’t work must be some topical Vitamins take too long must be something quicker

  13. what about if you eat a small protein or sugar snack 30 minutes before a workout? Is that enough time to let most of your digesting work start and be done?

  14. I wake up and take a enzyme/ Pro Biotic. Then Guthry B12 “ Vital Reds “ then plant based protein with plant based Almond milk. 60 ounces of high PH water a day. Lunch chicken salad with Avocados. Dinner rice, chicken.

    I do this 80 % of the time along with exercising and running on a fast.

  15. I'll save you all the 10 minutes here. Multi colored leaves and olive oil , in a short window during your day that you dedicate to not abstaining from food entirely. I'm not even fucking kidding… that's LITERALLY all he said, and took 10 minutes to do it.

Talking with too much technical words and only at the end says eat like a gorilla… or he has problems already with aging and or has no empathy with common sense: the popular comprehension: what do you eat? Or he is the kind of person who can’t go straight to the point or he believes this is the way to teach? Anyway, the topic is interesting even though already the ZOE study is searching thoroughly about gut and health.
