  3. I've noticed that your scale is always up after you complete a run or a hike. Like you said, it's interesting and obviously not a fat gain. You exude enthusiasm and positivity over your accomplishments and I'm happy for you. The periwinkle color is beautiful!

  5. Congratulations on your NSV! You are so inspiring! My NSV is going to the hair salon and my stylist commenting on my weight loss, even though I had dropped just 5 lbs since my last visit. But I’m losing lots of inches, thanks to protein and strength training. 🎉
