The easiest thing to do is make green broth. And how delicious it is!!! I take advantage of the opportunity and pay attention to the amount of kale, which is an incredible food that is really good for your health!
To start, cook 4 large, peeled, chopped potatoes in 2.2 liters of water with 1 level tablespoon of salt and 1 packet of powdered chicken broth (or tablet). If you want to use homemade broth, it is always the healthiest option.
Blend this mixture in a blender or mixer. In another pan, sauté 1 chopped pepperoni segment. You don’t need to use oil, the pepperoni will release its own fat. Throw the chopped cabbage over the pepperoni and wait for it to wilt a little. I already buy chopped cabbage, to avoid fatigue hahahaha, but it can be chopped, sliced or “torn” by hand, however you prefer.
Add the pepperoni and cabbage to the pan of blended broth. I didn’t even need to sauté the cabbage, I could just put it raw in the hot broth, but I like it to get the flavor of the pepperoni. If necessary, adjust the salt. Serve warm. Didn’t I say I was soft?
