O You Must Go had the pleasure of living an unforgettable experience in Viña Vik, luxury wine hotel in Chile. Open since October 2014, it is located in the Millahue Valley, 200 km from Santiago de Chile.
Already starting to get into the atmosphere of the place, upon arriving at the entrance gate, you follow the path through the beautiful VIK vineyard. A Viña Vik offers only 22 exclusive suites. Each is uniquely decorated with a theme, bold design and artwork created by international and Chilean artists. Like Shogun, the name given to the suite I stayed in, which evokes a Zen atmosphere with Japanese decor. In the bedroom, the bed is made of bamboo and the windows were inspired by screens.

O luxury boutique hotel Viña Vik offers activities that are part of the daily routine. Guests have access to a sauna, gym, yoga room, horseback riding, bicycles and even walks through the vineyard and vegetable garden. The tip is a special 3-hour tour of the winery of Viña Vik.
The bodega follows the same futuristic architecture as the hotel, despite being signed by Chilean architect Smiljan Radic. Not only do you get to know all the wine production, but you also take part in a special tasting accompanied by experts. The chosen one is the only type of VIK wine with a blend of Camenère, Cabernet Sauvignon, Cabernet Franc, Merlot, Syrah.
A reflecting pool dotted with granite rocks forms a path to the building’s entrance door, giving the walk a sumptuous air.
Gastronomy
