Very Fluffy Milk Bread!

Snacks

Hey colleague… stop everything and come learn how to make the best bread you’ve ever eaten in your life! After so much effort to make a worthwhile bread, I finally found the perfect recipe! I’m happy for the discovery and sad for the moment, I haven’t eaten and I won’t eat any because, you know, 7kg are already gone even though this corpitcho from a mermaid in a whale costume! So just one bite to see how it turned out and that’s it, after all, cooking gives me as much pleasure as eating!
But let’s get down to business:

Put it in the blender (I love it):
250 ml of warm milk, if you add it hot it will ruin the bread, it has to be at a temperature that you can put your finger in and not feel any discomfort (I used semi-skimmed milk);
2 eggs;
2 tablespoons of sugar;
1/2 tablespoon of salt;
5 grams, or ½ packet of granulated dry organic yeast;
40ml of soybean oil;
1 level spoon (soup) of margarine or butter.

Beat just to mix, pour into a large bowl and add flour until it no longer sticks to your hands (about 600 to 700g). Make the bread in the shape you want, place it on a baking tray, cover with a damp kitchen towel (to avoid drying out the bread) and keep it in a warm place until it has doubled in size. The oven must NOT be heated, only turn it on when you are going to place it the breads to bake (temperature 200º), until the surface is golden.

My tip: For the bread to rise well, I turn the oven on at maximum temperature for 20 seconds, turn it off and place the baking tray covered with a damp kitchen towel inside. I repeat this every 15 minutes. The breads rose in less than 1 hour. Ugh, I feel like “The baker”!

* If you want to use fresh yeast, the quantity for this recipe is 15g. But I haven’t tested it with this yeast.
