Vegetable broth with Tortellini

I bought a box of this Tortellini, which is a pasta very similar to capeletti and as it’s cold I decided to make it with a vegetable broth. Like Capeletti in Brodo manja? It was delicious!
You can use whatever vegetables you like and any type of pasta too, but these stuffed ones are especially good. Ready for a recipe?

Ingredients:
1 small chopped onion;
2 cloves of chopped garlic;
1 stalk of chopped leek;
1 chopped carrot;
1/3 cup (tea) of fresh peas;
1 cup (tea) of Tortellini (raw);
1.5 L of legume broth;
Salt, black pepper, herbs and seasonings that you like.

The vegetable broth that you will use to cover and cook the ingredients can be made with 1 tablet dissolved in 1.5 L of water or a homemade broth, if you want you can access the recipe here: http://bit.ly /2a4GD7E

Sauté the onion and garlic in a little olive oil. Add the carrot and leek (if you don’t know how to use it, just access this post http://bit.ly/2aakEMa) and sauté for 1 minute. Cover with the broth and let it boil for 10 minutes, during this time season the broth with salt, black pepper, herbs and spices that you like. Add the Tortellini and peas (as they cook faster). Continue boiling over low heat until the pasta is cooked. You can serve with toast and grated parmesan to accompany.
