Vanilla Cupcake with Chocolate Drops

This cupcake is the kind that no one doesn’t like. It looks so cute! And the best of all is that the dough is made from a blender! You can use this base for any cupcake, it’s super wild!

This quantity yields 12 cupcakes. Just blend it in a blender:

3 eggs

1/2 cup of milk

1/2 cup of oil

1 dessert spoon of vanilla essence

1/2 cup cornstarch

1 and 1/2 cup sugar

1 and 1/2 cup of wheat flour

1 tablespoon of baking powder (remembering that the yeast must be added at the end and beaten quickly).

Just mix everything, fill the mold 2/3 full, put the chocolate drops on top and place in a preheated oven at 200º until golden (do the toothpick test). The oven time is between 15 and 20 minutes.

Simple and delicious, for those who, like my husband, don’t like gooey cakes… lol… lol…
