This cookie is addictive. I’ve done it in several versions. Here I used poppy seeds, but I’ve already made it with coconut, I’ve added cocoa to the dough, lemon peel, in short, it’s a super versatile dough.

When I posted the vanilla cookies, a lot of people asked how I had shaped them.
It was done by hand, but I have a certain skill and I’ve always had a thing for symmetry, I can make them all the same size (crazy thing, you know?). So for those who don’t have that much skill or aren’t crazy hahahaha, this method is wonderful.
You make the dough, then shape it like a roll. In this case, I used poppy seeds but it could just be the dough, then wrap it in plastic wrap like candy and put it in the freezer. When you’re craving a cookie, just roll it out and slice it frozen. Ten minutes in the oven and you have a delicious cookie to accompany your coffee.
