You know that classic blender dough? Then! I think it goes very well with atum! This pie is one of those quick fixes that we make when a surprise guest arrives or when we’re too lazy to go to the kitchen. I love it, I think it’s very practical and delicious! You start with the filling (which is actually a topping), mixing:
1 can of tuna (I used the solid in water);
1/2 small onion, finely chopped;
1 chopped seedless tomato;
1 can of selected vegetables (it can be the one that comes half corn and half peas);
1 level teaspoon of salt;
3 tablespoons of chopped parsley;
1/2 tablespoon of oregano;
3 tablespoons of olive oil;
Black pepper as much as you want.
For the dough, blend in a blender:
1 glass of milk (I used a glass of cream cheese);
1/2 glass of oil or olive oil;
3 eggs;
1 and 1/2 cup of wheat flour;
1 teaspoon of salt or complete seasoning (Arisco type);
3 tablespoons of grated parmesan;
1 tablespoon of chemical baking powder.
* whenever you use yeast in a blender dough, mix all the ingredients and add the yeast only at the end. The less it beats, the greater its fermentation capacity.
Pour the dough into a greased and floured pan. Spread the topping and bake in a preheated oven (200º). Don’t ask me about the oven time because besides the fact that I have never used a timer in my life, there is the fact that each oven has its own time. Then do the toothpick test, when you stick it in the dough and it comes out clean, it’s good.
* There are people who prefer to add half the dough, the filling and the rest of the dough. I like to put it on top. Then you decide how you want yours. We also made a quick video with this recipe, just press play:
