Good snack to have in the fridge. It’s healthy, light, you can make a nice sandwich or serve it as a pâté with toast. I think I’ve been eating this since I was 13. I adore! And whenever you have a visitor, it’s a good way to add a cold cuts table, as well as being great for days when you’re too lazy to cook!
Ingredients:
1 broad of atum
1 small grated carrot
1/2 chopped onion
1 tablespoon chopped parsley
1 tablespoon of olive oil
1/2 teaspoon of salt
Mayonnaise until creamy according to your taste
Salt and black pepper to taste
* You can use light mayonnaise, or swap it for ricotta cream.
* Tuna can be replaced with cooked and shredded chicken breast or ricotta.
