Tube of Brigadeiro Step by Step – Panelaterapia

Tube of Brigadeiro Step by Step

Sweet cakes and pies
This post was already published a few days ago, but I made subsequent changes that people who read it on FEED don’t see. So here it goes again in full for those who asked.

On Wednesday there was a meeting here at the house of the “women of Rua 3” (provisional name until the name of the group is decided, right?). I made brigadeiro tubes as a souvenir, it’s a shame I didn’t have the glossy paper to print the label on, I made them the normal way. I’m liking this trend of customizing everything, you know? So fun!

UPDATE – How to do it?

I knew you were going to ask for the step-by-step guide, because when I decided to do it, I didn’t find anything on the internet teaching it, just selling it.

The tube – You can’t find it in my city, so I bought it on the open market (click –>HERE to see). It seems to me that there are 3 sizes, but the most common, which is most used is 30g, which is the one in the photo. It comes white, sealed on one side (on the lid) and open on the back.

How to fill? – You have to make that brigadeiro with cream, very soft to fill it (recipe HERE). The best way is to use a piping bag or sauce tube (as seen in the video below). Only use cold brigadeiro, but don’t put it in the fridge otherwise it will become hard and impossible to use in tubes.
Fill until two fingers are missing and fold the edge. Although it is made of metal material, it is very easy to bend. See (it’s not me in the video, I found it on YouTube):

Label – The label is glued to the empty tube, and requires a certain skill, I ruined 3 until I was an expert. You can make the label in Photoshop or another program, using the party theme, colors and photos you want, the problem is that it needs to be in high definition for the print to look good and not everyone can do it. You can print easily on home printers, both laser and inkjet. The paper for printing these labels is Glossy Foto Adhesive 135g. I printed it on regular sticker paper, but it’s not advisable and it doesn’t look that nice. This common adhesive paper is not waterproof like glossy and when it comes to filling the tubes, if it gets dirty, it’s gone, whereas glossy can be cleaned.
For those who prefer to do it at home and can do the job, the label size for the 30g tube is 7.3cm x 9.79cm.

Durability: Once ready, it cannot be put in the refrigerator. It lasts for 5 days, after that it sugars.

Performance: Each brigadeiro recipe like the one I suggested yields around 9 30g tubes.

Well, I believe that’s it. As I think and believe that by dividing we add up, I hope I have helped. If there’s something missing, ask, ok?
