Miniatures of real architectural works distributed in an outdoor space. It seems like child’s play that enchants all ages.

It all started when Otto H?ppner, a German immigrant, built a space next to the family hotel with a dollhouse for his granddaughter and sheries. It was the year 1958, and from there he created the Minimundo, a theme park where everything is 24 times smaller than the real world.

Already in the fourth generation of the H?ppner family, the park continues to grow with the ‘toys’ of adults that are manufactured in an artisanal way, following faithfully the corresponding real projects.

The Minimundo has more than 140 buildings, from European castles, railway stations, churches, to the Ipiranga Museum of São Paulo, which are ‘inhabited’ by more than 2,500 mini people. A dream of child realized in a single space, worthy of grandfather’s upbringing.
