  2. Then add water little by little until it caramelizes completely and set aside.
  3. Once done, in the blender you will place the three eggs, the condensed milk and the milk.
  4. Beat everything very well for at least three minutes.
  5. Then, when the mixture is very homogeneous, transfer it to the mold with the caramel.
  6. Cover the pan with aluminum foil and bake at 180°C in a bain-marie for about 1 hour and 30 minutes.
  7. After this time, remove from the oven and wait for it to cool and refrigerate for a few hours.
  8. Finally, just unmold the pudding and serve.
