Every now and then someone discovers that I have a blog or that I like to cook and we end up exchanging pictures about the subject. It was like that with Roberto, a colleague and neighbor here in the condominium. He commented that he enjoyed cooking and that he had some cool recipes and so on.

I was surprised when he sent me the super well-made video with the recipe for the famous PICANHA FRIA. As soon as I watched the video I wanted to make the recipe, but I didn’t. In fact, I tried, I swear I tried. The difficulty was that the first step of the recipe is to roast the picanha, then it is sliced, confit and stored in the refrigerator for a few days. The problem is that here at home we can’t resist the first step and we eat the recipe first hahahahaha. Bunch of fat heads!
