The best five-star resort in Natal
Location
Opened in 2006, it is very well located on Via Costeira, between the beaches of Areia Preta and Ponta Negra, one of the city’s postcards, where Morro do Careca is located. Facing the sea, in the best “foot in the sand” style, inside SERHS it doesn’t even feel like we are just a few minutes away from the busy hustle and bustle of Natal’s seafront. Therefore, it is a good tip for those who also want to get to know the city and not just stay at the hotel.
In fact, this is one of SERHS’s proposals, that you too go out and enjoy all the good things that Natal has to offer. The resort is not a system all inclusive, When making your reservation you can choose between half board or full board.
SERHS Grand Hotel
In an area of 20 thousand m², SERHS offers a complete infrastructure with three bars, five restaurants, four swimming pools, space for children, gym and SPA. Furthermore, it has direct access to the beach, which is empty and delicious! You just need to keep an eye on the tide, which tends to vary during the day. Morning is the best time!
In the lobby, which has a very high ceiling and is made entirely of glass, we come across a beautiful view of the sea, as well as a panoramic elevator. This is where the reception, the guest relationswhich guides guests regarding tours and reservations, and the lobby bar with a piano.
The rooms
There are 396 apartments divided into five categories, which cater to the most diverse profiles, whether a couple or a large family. My Junior Suite had a great space with two rooms. First, the living room, with a sofa, desk, coffee maker and minibar, a mirror that I loved (lol) and a bathroom. While in the room itself, there was the bed and TV.
Furthermore, the bathroom was also spacious, with a bathtub and amenities from the hotel itself. Certainly the highlight was my balcony, which had a privileged view of the sea and the beach.
Lazer
The swimming pools are one of the biggest attractions of the best five-star resort in Natal, and they all face the beach. The main, and busiest, is the Molhado Bar, where you can order a drink and have it right in the water. Going to the sides, the pool begins to shape itself and transform into others in a more peaceful and empty environment. Coconut trees and sun loungers complete the tropical setting. In addition, there is also a heated outdoor pool and a wet area for children, with special toys.
SERHS has a great structure for children, such as Eco Aldeia, an entire space dedicated to them with lots of games and activities, as well as a team of entertainers.
The resort also has the KENSHO Spa Zen, an area of 940 m² with seven therapy rooms, a water circuit with an indoor and heated pool, jacuzzis, Dutch showers, dry and steam saunas and a complete gym. I had a 50-minute hot stone massage which was great! I even took a nap, lol. In addition, there is also a beauty salon with hairdressing and manicure services.
At the SportsBar, electronic games, board games and a pool table are available to guests, as well as TVs showing the main national and international sporting events. There is also a bar with drinks and food.
The gastronomy
SERHS has five restaurants, two of which are specialties and open only for dinner, Marenostrum with Mediterranean cuisine and seafood, and Tapiro Grill, with noble cuts. For suite guests only, there is a VIP and more exclusive breakfast at Tapiro. At the buffet, you can’t miss the northeastern delights, such as tapioca with coalho cheese, cassava and couscous. In addition, there are juices, breads, cold cuts, fruits, cakes and à la carte items such as eggs and waffles.
The main restaurant, Potiguar, serves breakfast, lunch and dinner, while the Renato Romagnoni pizzeria offers pizzas on an all-you-can-eat basis, and also offers a buffet for lunch and dinner on some days. Finally, Jangada, more informal, with views of the sea, with light dishes, sandwiches and snacks.

Certainly SERHS is a great option for luxury hotel in Natal, in Rio Grande do Norte. In addition to having a great infrastructure, the service is super attentive, which makes all the difference.
