I usually say that Sorocaba is the city of japanese restaurants. Guys, there are so many that you can eat them all month, every day in one without repeating them! And then with this popularization they started to invent fads and one of them was the Taste Finisher. I asked on Instagram (follow @panelaterapia) if anyone knew about this outside of Sorocaba and it seems like it started right here in Izumi restauranttoday it already has Yoshis e Naomi also.

O Taste Finisher It’s an ice cream with a strong coffee flavor that serves to take away that strong aftertaste left by a meal. Ever since I tried it, I’ve been dying to make it. I got the revenue with a waiter and I decided to pass it on because I think it’s a charming and delicious way to change up that coffee after lunch or dinner.

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup vanilla or vanilla ice cream
  • 1 level tablespoon of instant coffee (Nescafé type)
  • 2 tablespoons of coffee liqueur.

* Coffee liqueur is the traditional liqueur used, but can be replaced with amarula or chocolate/cocoa liqueur. If you want, you can not add the liqueur, but it won’t be as tasty.
