Tapioca Cream with Raspberry Jelly

Sweet cakes and pies

It’s so easy to make and it turns out beautifully! You can invent a thousand toppings: chocolate, burnt coconut, jelly of any flavor you want, chopped fruit, etc…

1 cup of tapioca

1 liter of milk (I used semi-skimmed)

1 can of condensed milk

6 tablespoons of sugar

1 glass of coconut milk (200ml)

1 package of 100g of grated coconut

Bring all ingredients to medium heat, stirring constantly. When
boil, lower the heat and stir for 20 minutes (I know, there has to be a lot of
patience)!

Turn off the fire. At this point you will have a thick cream and the
Tapioca “pearls” will be large and transparent.

Pour into individual glasses or a single container, wait to cool and
Put in the fridge for 3 hours. Top with the jam of your choice or the suggestions at the beginning of the post.
