T-Bone no Oven

Meat

T-Bone, for those who don’t know, is a beef cut that gets its name precisely because it has a “T” shaped bone with meat on both sides. As my husband is a total carnivore, I have improved a lot in the art of making roast meat that tastes like barbecue. I have a barbecue on the balcony, but having a barbecue for two only gives you a lot of inspiration and no one deserves to clean that hellish grill, right?

Well, as for the recipe, it’s super simple, in fact they are tips. Your oven needs to be as hot as possible so the meat doesn’t lose too much liquid and remains juicy. Turn on about 20 minutes beforehand at full power. Then you make a “bed” of coarse salt in a pizza pan, place the pieces of meat (without seasoning), a little more coarse salt on top and put them in the oven until the blood dries, but without letting them “burn”.

Remove from the oven, remove as much coarse salt as possible and place on the grill in a non-stick frying pan with a drizzle of olive oil (very little). Ready. Delicious barbecue made in the oven. There are people who doubt the flavor because it doesn’t have seasoning, but do it and tell me later, okay?
