Pabu emerged as an innovative proposal in 2017, presenting the concept of Izakaya, the first in the city. Goya Zushi, a restaurant of chef Uilian Goya, is a reference when it comes to classic Japanese cuisine. Kinoshita, a Michelin-starred Japanese, has a refined environment and specializes in Kappô cuisine, a traditional style of Japanese cuisine that values the precision of the cuts. To celebrate Sushi Day, the Kitchin restaurant will promote, on November 6 from 7:30 p.m., a dinner prepared by renowned chef André Noboyuki Kawai. The tasting menu prepared especially by André, in partnership with the executive chefs of the group Frank Utsonomia and David Fonseca, will follow the Omakase format, which in Japanese means “I trust you”. In addition to Bluefin, special delicacies and creations will be offered for the day. However, vacancies are limited and reservations must be made in advance, upon payment of a fee of R$ 150 per person, directly on the site (the total value of the menu is R$ 450 per person).

Under the command of executive chef Leonardo Young and sushiman Luizinho Hirata, Tatá Sushi presents a new letter of drinks signed by the award winning mixologist Marcelo Serrano. In the combination of cocktails, Serrano mestted Brazilian and Japanese ingredients, including tropical fruits and oriental inputs such as ginger, yuzu, Shisô and even tarê for completion.

Inspired by the name of the chef himself, Denis Watanabe, Watanabe is a Japanese restaurant in São Paulo that blends traditional techniques with a contemporary touch. The atmosphere is cozy and the tip is to sit on the counter to closely follow the painstaking work of the chefs. Influenced by the renowned Nobu and Zuma houses, Watanabe has a variety of sashimi, sushi and makis. Also noteworthy is the hot kitchen commanded by Luiz Vieira, focusing on the grills and nori snacks made in the charcoal oven. To close the menu, Watanabe’s confectionery is made in partnership with Momonoki, which specializes in desserts inspired by Japanese cuisine, but with French techniques.
