Guys, it’s the softest cake I’ve ever eaten in my life! Not to mention it’s ultra easy to make. I made it with homemade natural yogurt (recipe at the end of this post), but you can make it with industrialized yogurt.
This cake is completely basic and you can make it in lemon, guava, chocolate versions, in short, let your imagination go!
Blend in a blender or just mix (usei mixer):
1 glass of natural yogurt (200ml – use this glass to measure the rest of the ingredients)
1 cup of oil (I used a little more than 1/2)
3 whole eggs (or 4 if they are small)
On my own, I added 1 teaspoon of vanilla essence
Mix all liquid ingredients well and add:
2 cups of wheat flour
2 cups of sugar
1 tablespoon of chemical yeast
Mix well and place in a preheated medium oven in a greased and floured pan until the “cone” turns golden.
