With the heat arriving in most Brazilian regions, replacing a meal with a salad is possible! In addition to being light and fresh, you need to add a variety of ingredients to make it nutritious and help keep you hungry.
The ingredients I used in this salad are:
- “Bed” of chopped iceberg lettuce;
- Grated carrot;
- Rolls made with turkey breast and mozzarella cheese;
- Sliced cucumber pickles;
- White and black raisins;
- Chopped walnuts.
