Here in Sorocaba there is a very famous bakery, Real. It’s famous for its chicken drumstick and catupiry, but what I like most there is this rustic, naturally fermented bread. Ma-ra-vi-so I used it to make this Subway Sanduba with tuna filling, perfect for parties full of friends, for everyone to serve themselves in a very informal way! Of course, you can make it with the filling that you want, but I love tuna! So write down the ingredients:
Filling ingredients:
- 1 can of tuna (without the liquid);
- 1 small grated carrot;
- ½ chopped onion;
- 2 tablespoons of parsley;
- 1 tablespoon of mustard;
- 2 tablespoons of cream;
- Enough mayonnaise to make it creamy;
- Salt and black pepper to taste.
Just mix all the ingredients until it becomes a paste. Cut the bread in half, spread the filling, slices of cucumber pickle (optional) and lettuce in strips. Then just slice it into smaller pieces.
