Just wash the strawberries (the bigger the better), remove the “cap” where the stem is, “dig” with the help of a small knife or very small spoon and fill with melted chocolate. A piping bag helps with this process. Then just chill it in a way that doesn’t spill the chocolate. In the post, an egg mold was used, but it could be a muffin mold (a coffee cup also works).
