  • 100 g chopped smoked pepperoni sausage
  • 200 g chopped bacon
  • 1 small chopped carrot
  • 100 g mozzarella cut into cubes
  • 3 tablespoons of olive oil
  • 2 sachets of ready-made seasoning
  • Salt and black pepper to taste
  • 3 garlic

Preparation mode

  1. First, pierce the center of the meat horizontally, but be careful not to pierce the other side.
  2. Place the meat in a bowl and season with salt, black pepper, garlic and olive oil.
  3. Using your hands, rub the seasonings well over all parts of the meat and leave to marinate for at least 2 hours. But remember to turn the meat after 1 hour.
