Then I forgot that I had a loin in the freezer and even though the holidays were already over, I made this recipe for dinner, because I love pork and for me there is no right season.

I opened the loin in the shape of a blanket and seasoned it with garlic, lemon, salt and pepper. It marinated in the fridge for about 15 hours.

I made a crumble just like –> this, I only added raisins and apricots because I wanted it to be sweeter. I placed it on the blanket, rolled it up and tied it with string.

Before baking, I added a mixture made with the marinade broth + 2 tablespoons of soy sauce + 1 tablespoon of honey. I put it in the preheated oven until golden.

Because farofa is life! I adore!
