This pepper has a flavor similar to bell pepper, but milder, it is not hot, just aromatic. To prepare this recipe, simply wash the peppers, cut off the top and remove the seeds (these are hot) with a spoon or sharp knife.

Then just fill it, put the lid back on and bake in the oven in a greased pan covered with aluminum foil for 30 minutes.

You can stuff it however you prefer. In this recipe I used ground beef sautéed with onion, garlic, green chillies… the usual. At the end I mixed a little tomato sauce just to make it not so dry. It’s not to make bolognese sauce, it’s just to add some flavor, okay?

Oh, I was told that pepper speeds up the metabolism! Let’s go to female pepper!
