Strawberry Yogurt Mousse

Sweet cakes and pies

Light sweet to eat without guilt! If you have a full body, just replace the sweetener with the same amount of sugar.

Ingredients:

1 and 1/2 cups of low-fat natural yogurt
2 tablespoons skimmed milk powder
1 tablespoon of powdered sweetener
1 teaspoon of vanilla essence (optional)
1/2 envelope of colorless, flavorless powdered gelatin

Combine in a blender: yogurt, vanilla, sweetener and powdered milk. Hydrate the gelatin according to the instructions on the package, then melt it in the microwave or bain-marie. Add it to the other ingredients and beat well. Place in individual cups or a single container and refrigerate until firm (2 hours).

For the topping, I washed and chopped 1/2 a box of strawberries into pieces. I added 1 tablespoon of powdered sweetener and let it rest for 1 hour to form a syrup. Served over the mousse. To unmold, double the amount of gelatin (I haven’t tested it).
