A very easy dessert to make, with a beautiful presentation that pleases everyone! Made by 4 hands, by me and mom!
To make this sweet, you only need 3 ingredients: meringues, strawberries and whipped cream (which can be bought ready-made or whipped at home).
Wash and chop the strawberries (we used 2 boxes), add 3 tablespoons of sugar (we used vanilla sugar, but you can use regular sugar) and set aside for 10 minutes so that the strawberries absorb the sugar well.
Now just assemble it in a glass container: 1 layer of crumbled meringues, a layer of whipped cream and a layer of strawberries and do this until the entire space is filled. There’s no one who doesn’t like it!
