Steak Salad with Mustard Sauce

Light and delicious meal! In addition to being super complete, as it has protein, carbohydrates and fiber! Not to mention that you can prepare this dish in minutes! The beef can be replaced with grilled chicken breast or salmon shavings (grilled or roasted), it is always delicious!!!

The ingredients are:
– Mix of green leaves of your choice to line the plate;
– Coarsely grated Parmesan cheese (optional);
– Tomatoes cut in half (I used sweet grape);
– Grilled mignon strips (can be chicken);
– Wholemeal bread croutons (which are nothing more than small squares of bread toasted in the oven).

For the sauce: natural yogurt (I used skimmed), cream (I used light), mustard, salt, dehydrated herbs (I used provence).
