Located in the coolest neighborhood of Manhattan, right under the Highline Park, (the suspended park, another unmissable program) the hotel is a party: it has one of the most popular nightclubs in the city and a private bar, where only those who pass the hostess’s screening can enter. To give you an idea, Lady Gaga and the group The Kills have already performed here.

The hotel has been the setting for films and series, such as Shame e Gossip Girl, in addition to being the stage for a photo shoot by actress Sarah Jessica Parker for Vogue magazine. All because of the bold decoration and the incredible view that the Standard provides.

The restaurant, Standard Grill, (already mentioned here) is another point, and a great option, both for lunch and dinner. And the brunch, on Sundays, it is very popular! Now that it’s hotter, the Beer garden, etc bar next to the restaurant is absolutely packed!

The rooms are not exactly large, but the lack of space is made up for by the large windows from which you can enjoy incredible views of Manhattan.
