St Regis – luxury hotel in Miami
Considered one of the best hotels in Miamio St Regis Bal Harbour is in a highly valued area of the city, facing the sea and the most luxurious shopping mall of Miami.
Opened in 2012, the hotel has already been awarded 5 stars and 5 diamonds by the renowned Forbes magazine. Reference on the issue Lux and elegance in Miami Beach. He was also voted as “Best Luxury Hotel in North America” e “Hottest New Hotel” by Condé Nast Traveler.
I haven’t had the chance to stay there yet, but I was invited to a day spa wonderful! I was able to see why he is considered one of the most complete in Miami.
With 14 thousand square meters, the Spa Remedy offers everything the customer needs and a little more. With a contemporary design, all in pastel tones, the soft decor attracts attention. At the entrance, we are faced with cream marble walls, soft carpets and cozy sofas. In the locker room, there are all kinds of treats for the clients that you can imagine. And in the waiting room, fruits, nuts and drinks for before and after relaxing.
There are numerous facial and body treatments, including manicures, waxing and a special package for brides. Each client must explain their objective to the therapist and thus choose the most recommended treatment, whether relaxation or revitalization. I chose the traditional relaxing option and was very happy!
After the massage, the client has the chance to experience a super Vichy shower, Finnish sauna and/or a VIP suite for couples, with an unforgettable shower, soaking tub and hair styling area. The private lounges, along with the swimming pool and the relaxation room by the sea, guarantee perfect rest before and after the treatment. For those more willing, there is also a gym with pilates and yoga classes overlooking the ocean. It is recommended that guests arrive at Remède Spa at least 30 minutes before the scheduled time to enjoy all this perk.
What sets the St Regis day spa apart, open to non-guests, is the private “village”, that is, private cabins, which are actually mini apartments, with balconies and everything you need after your massage: a good shower, a beautiful bed, if you want to take a break, with sound and TV, for those who prefer. All of this, close to the beach with calm, crystal-clear waters of Miami Beach.
You can have lunch right there, with the Latin American-influenced menu at Fresco Beach Bar and Grill or at the restaurant, J&G Grill, by Jean Georges, with international cuisine. Exactly what I did.
The hotel has the Atlântico restaurant, as well as a friendly bar, where, on weekends, they present competent jazz and bossa nova trios. While listening to good music, we can enjoy a variety of drinks and a variety of snacks and sushi. Super enjoyable program!
O St Regis Bal Harbour It couldn’t be more complete. An island of comfort and Lux fully Miami.
