Led by chef Heaven Delhaye, the menu has new features since it’s spring. For example, octopus with vegetables and romesco, with mini golden potatoes, roasted eggplant with miso sake, kimchi tempura, gremolata, ponzu gel and spicy paprika.

The house chef, Kley Lima, prepared the tropical salmon (R$26.90) – doubles of rice topped with salmon with a lightly torched cashew slice and finished with teriyaki sauce.
