On January 25th, the city of São Paulo turns 461 years old! And to celebrate, we’ve listed suggestions for restaurants that prepared a special birthday menu from Sao Paulo.
Bistro Charlô
For the São Paulo’s birthdaythe chosen dish will be Picadinho, served with all the classics, white rice, beans, banana, farofa, cabbage and cheese pastry and for dessert, the sweet made with egg yolk and sugar, Papo de Anjo.
Terrace Italy
The restaurant will offer a buffet with a touch from Italian chef Pasquale Mancini. Among the dishes, we can highlight the Camarão à Paulista and Rack of lamb with fleur de sel and Sicilian lemon zest. In addition to appetizers and dessert.
The Wine Bistro
The special dishes made for the São Paulo’s birthdaywill be the Picadinho filet mignon à Paulista, served with rice, beans, banana and farofa, the green salad with goat cheese and carpaccio, in addition to desserts.
