Special Fruit Salad

Sweet cakes and pies

There are people who keep asking me light dessert recipebut I’m one of those people who prefers to eat a little piece of a wonderful dessert than one that’s “half-baked”, you know?
A light dessert is something that is rarely VERY good, but there is one that is delicious and is naturally light, the fruit salad! Let’s give it more value?
The most important thing is to choose the fruits well. If they are seasonal fruits and are very ripe, you won’t even need sugar. You can use the fruits you prefer and find in your region.
To make 2 large glasses I used:

  • 1 chopped mango;
  • 2 chopped kiwis;
  • 1/2 small box of chopped strawberries (about 10 strawberries);
  • Juice of 2 pear oranges;
  • 1 pot of Greek yogurt (approximately 1/2 cup);
  • 2 tablespoons of granola;
  • 1 drizzle of honey.

Layer the fruit in the cups. Add the orange juice without letting it reach the top layer of fruit (in my case the mango). If the juice is too acidic, you can sweeten it however you prefer.
Add a generous spoonful of yogurt, drizzle with honey and add a little granola on top. Tell me if it doesn’t turn out to be a beautiful dessert?
