Smoked Sausage Roll – Panelaterapia

Smoked Sausage Roll

Snacks

That revenue It was inspired by that sausage roll that was so common in the 80s, 90s, you know which one, right? One more childhood food that is disappearing! I’m going to launch the “long live sausage roll” campaign. What about?

I made this one with that thin smoked sausage that comes from different brands (the most common are Sadia and Perdigão). They are already cooked, so you can take them out of the packaging and use them right away. revenue.

Pasta is that joker that I use for everything, the “Baked Savory Dough“, which doesn’t need to be kneaded or allowed to rise, nothing. Just make it and use it.

To access the dough recipe, just click HERE. I made half the recipe (divided the ingredients in half) and it made 3 baking sheets. I used 6 sausages.

The rolling and cutting process is simple, I don’t think it’s worth writing, the photos explain:

If you are using a regular baking dish, grease it with a little oil (very little). I used a silicone mat (search “Silpat” on Google to find out what it is). For the record, they say that silpat doesn’t stain, mine is quite stained, but it still works great!

Bake in an oven heated to 200º. I don’t include baking time in recipes because this can vary by more or less by 200% depending on the brand of oven. Keep an eye on it, when it’s blushing, it’s good.

PS: I deleted the previous posts, because the story has already been resolved. Zeli wrote to me and said that it was not her fault, that it was not her intention to appropriate other people’s content and that the email was sent to me unintentionally. As I said before, she is someone who always comments on the blog and sends me emails, so I really didn’t want to judge before listening to her, because yes, it could have been a misunderstanding, as indeed it seems to have been. . So, end of story, I don’t like this energy of confusion in my kitchen!
