Today is the day to welcome friends and one of the snacks of the night will be this pastry. Silly thing, see? The kind that can be done in 3 minutes, but everyone likes them.
I grated a piece of smoked ricotta (about 4 tablespoons), added 3 generous tablespoons of ricotta cream, salt, pepper and a good amount of olive oil. I used the delicious Herdade do Esporão PDO Moura Extra Virgin:
