It is a practical and tasty recipe, to replace a meal or for a more filling snack. If you want, you can use wholemeal bread and ricotta cream to make it lighter. In the filling, you can also use sardines, tuna, ricotta, tofu, whatever your imagination and taste dictate. See how simple it is:

Ingredients

  • 1 package of crustless bread;
  • 1/2 chopped onion;
  • 1 and 1/2 cup cooked and shredded chicken breast;
  • 4 tablespoons of green corn;
  • 2 tablespoons of chopped black olives;
  • 1 chopped seedless tomato;
  • Salt, pepper and green scent to taste;
  • 1 tablet of chicken broth dissolved in 1 coffee cup of water;
  • 1 cup of mayonnaise or ricotta cream;
  • 1 cup of cream;
  • 1 tablespoon of mustard;
  • 4 tablespoons of grated Parmesan cheese.


Preparation mode
Saute the onion in olive oil, add the chicken, corn, olives and tomato. Add the dissolved chicken broth. Season with salt, pepper and green scent. Reserve.

Mix the mayonnaise, cream and mustard in another container. Reserve half of this mixture and add the other half to the chicken stew.
Grease a mold or refractory with olive oil.

Line the bottom of the pan with slices of sliced ​​bread, add the chicken filling, cover with another layer of sliced ​​bread and finish with the rest of the cream. Sprinkle Parmesan cheese and place in the oven to brown. This recipe yields 8 servings.
