This little dough called Flatbreadwhich doesn’t contain yeast, doesn’t need to be kneaded too much or rise, I’ve already given the revenue here on the blog (see here), but people asked to turn it into a video to make it easier to learn, so we did it according to our scheme, quickly, objectively and I think it turned out cool. I did Pan Pizza because I think massa incredible for this purpose.
