To be Lemon Petit Gateau It was one of the most delicious desserts I’ve had in a long time. I love citrus desserts and this one fit my taste buds perfectly. The recipe came from the experience at Les Gourmands Club, which I already told you about here.
Ingredients:
- 200g white chocolate
- 180g unsalted butter
- 150g sugar
- 5 eggs
- 50g wheat flour
- Zest of the peel and juice of 2 lemons
Melt the chocolate with the butter in the microwave and stir until it cools. Add all the other ingredients and mix well. Grease molds suitable for Little cake with butter and wheat flour. Fill 2/3 with the dough and place in the preheated oven at 180ºC for 8 minutes.
* As this recipe makes about 10 units depending on the size of the pan and each oven is different, after 8 minutes I took the first one out of the oven to test and I thought it was too soft (that’s the one in the photo). The ideal time for my oven is 10 minutes, but you have to find out what your oven time is.
I made a “little puddle” of natural yogurt sweetened with honey and added the Little cake on top and decorated with mint and scraps of the peel. It’s a show!!!
