Shampoozada - saiba o que é e como fazer esse procedimento

Shampoozada, what is it? How to do this procedure

Beauty

Do you know what shampoozada is? If you are thinking about lightening your dyed hair without damaging it, know that this is the right procedure.

A procedure capable of lightening dyed hair, adding shine and not damaging the hair, we are talking about shampooing. It may seem like a prank, but this is a great technique used by many professionals and can be done at home too. Do you know when you need to fix a mistake in your coloring, change to a lighter color or even add extra shine to your already dyed hair? Shampooing is ideal in these cases.

The technique can lighten the hair up to three tones, as it is capable of removing the pigmentation of the strands caused by coloring. However, do not try to lighten your natural hair with this technique. This is because it won’t work and, in addition, the chemicals present in this mixture will dry out and break your strands, as the pigment in natural hair is different from the pigment in dyes.

Furthermore, pregnant people, breastfeeding women and children under 14 should not undergo the process, because the mixture contains ammonia which, when in contact with the scalp, enters the bloodstream and can cause allergies. Despite this, as we said, shampooing is much less aggressive than any other procedure to lighten hair. For those who have blonde hair that has a greenish or grayish appearance, this procedure is also a great alternative.

The shampoo is simple to make and its materials can be easily found. However, anyone who has blonde locks and wants to undergo the procedure must be very careful. This is because if the mixture is also applied to the natural part of the hair, it can cause stains, leaving the hair orange. Now, let’s go step by step.

Shampoo with anti-residue shampoo

This is a very simple way to shampoo, just use an anti-residue shampoo to remove pigmentation. This happens because this type of shampoo is more alkaline and opens the hair cuticles well, removing residue present in the hair.

The first thing you should do is divide your dirty hair into several sections. Then apply the shampoo and let it act for 40 minutes. After this process, just remove the anti-residue shampoo and, finally, use your moisturizing cream to seal the hair cuticles. You can repeat this process until you reach the desired tone.

Shampooed with bleaching powder

For this recipe you will need 10 or 20 volume hydrogen peroxide, bleaching powder and neutral shampoo, in this case anti-residue shampoo is not recommended. In a container, place two measures of hydrogen peroxide, one measure of bleaching powder and two measures of neutral shampoo. Then mix well until the mixture is homogeneous.

Divide your damp hair into sections and apply the mixture, leaving it to act for 15 to 30 minutes. After that, rinse your hair well, removing all the product and finish using a hydrating mask.

Caring for your hair after shampooing

Although shampooing does not cause major damage to the hair, as with other bleaching procedures, there are some precautions that must be taken. Hydration is the main aspect of this care. Therefore, to keep your bleached hair strong and healthy, follow a hydration routine. Furthermore, invest in specific products for your hair type and moisturize once a week or at least every 15 days.
