- In a pan, sauté 2 chopped garlic cloves and half a chopped onion with 2 tablespoons of margarine.
- Then, add half a kilo of cooked and shredded chicken breast, half a can of corn, half a cup of chopped olives, half a can of peas, half a diced tomato, salt to taste and chopped coriander to taste. Mix.
- Transfer to a bowl and wait to cool.

- Half a cup of soybean oil
- 1 cup of wheat flour
- 1 tablespoon baking powder
- 300 grams of grated mozzarella cheese

- In a blender, place 1 cup of milk, 2 eggs, 2 tablespoons of grated Parmesan cheese, half a cup of soy oil and 1 cup of wheat flour. Beat for 3 minutes or until smooth.
- Add 1 tablespoon of baking powder and beat a little more to incorporate the ingredient.
- In a greased and floured pan, place half the dough. Then, spread the filling and add the rest of the dough.
- Cover with 300 grams of grated mozzarella cheese and bake in a preheated oven at 180 degrees Celsius for 30 minutes.
